CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
By participating in the James Blunt competition, the participant agrees to the following conditions of participation:
1. The competition is organised by Arcadia Live GmbH, Porzellangasse 7A, A-1090 Vienna.
2. In the period from 18.02.2025 to 25.02.2025, 14:00, 3 copies of the “Back to Bedlam (20th Anniversary Edition)” Vinyl will be raffled off to 3 winners via Instagram.
3. Natural persons are eligible to participate, with the exception of employees of Arcadia Live GmbH, participating agencies and their relatives.
4. Participation in the competition requires commenting a happy memory related to James Blunt on the Instagram post on the Arcadia Live channel and tagging another Instagram account in the comments. In addition, the participant must follow Arcadia Live (@arcadia_live).
5. The winners will be notified via private message on Instagram and expressly agree to the publication of their name in the event of a win. The winner must contact the Arcadia Live Instagram channel via private message within 24 hours in the event of a new draw. Otherwise, there will be no correspondence about the competition.
6. The price will be sent to the winners via postal service.
7. Legal recourse is excluded. A cash payment of the prizes, an exchange or transfer to third parties is not possible. Participation via competition organisations and automated services is excluded. Arcadia Live GmbH accepts no liability or guarantee for the prize. The prize will be determined by means of a randomised system and will not be open to the public. Arcadia Live GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition due to false information, manipulation or the use of unauthorised aids.
8. By participating in the competition, the participating person gives their legally binding consent to the conditions of participation and agrees to Arcadia Live GmbH's privacy policy (https://www.arcadia-live.com/privacypolicy).
9. The closing date for entries is 28.02.2025, 14:00.
10. Participants undertake not to share any illegal content. Arcadia Live GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants who violate criminal law, common decency or the conditions of participation from participation. Participation via competition agencies is excluded.
11. Data protection: The personal data of the participants will only be processed to the extent necessary for participation in the competition and for the processing of the competition by Arcadia Live and its service providers commissioned to carry out the competition. For the purpose of determining the winner, the Instagram profile name and the name will be processed in the event of winning. Within the Instagram network, Instagram bears sole responsibility for the collection, processing and use of data. Said collection, processing and use of data is subject to Instagram's respective privacy policy. Information on the data protection provisions applicable to Instagram, the corresponding rights of use and any relevant privacy settings for Instagram accounts are set out in Instagram's privacy policy.
12. Competitions of Arcadia Live GmbH are in no way connected to Instagram and are in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram. Arcadia Live GmbH releases Instagram from all damages, losses or expenses of any kind (including legal fees and costs in a reasonable amount) and indemnifies Instagram against all claims in connection with the application (in particular the publication and organisation).
By participating in the TikTok competition, the participant agrees to the following conditions of participation:
1. The competition is organised by Arcadia Live GmbH, Porzellangasse 7A, A-1090 Vienna.
2. In the period from 14.02.2025 to 21.02.2025, 14:00, a LIDO SOUNDS cap signed by RAF Camora and a LIDO SOUNDS drinking bottle signed by badmómzjay will be raffled off via TikTok.

4. Participation in the competition requires the a person to be tagged in the comments of the TikTok video on the LIDO SOUNDS channel. In addition, the participant must follow LIDO SOUNDS (@lidosounds).
