By participating in the LIDO SOUNDS TikTok competition, the participant agrees to the following conditions of participation:

1. The competition is organised by Arcadia Live GmbH, Porzellangasse 7A, A-1090 Vienna.

2. In the period from 09.06.2025 to 23.06.2025, 14:00, 1x2 tickets for the LIDO SOUNDS Sunday (29.06.2025) will be raffled off via TikTok. The winner will also get a Behind The Scenes Tour and by RAF Camora and badmómzjay signed LIDO SOUNDS merchandise. Second and Third place will each get one piece of signed merchandise.

3. Natural persons are eligible to participate, with the exception of employees of Arcadia Live GmbH, participating agencies and their relatives. 

4. Participation in the competition requires posting a lip-sync- or dance-video with any RAF Camora, Ski Aggu or badmómzjay song on TikTok. In addition, the participant must follow LIDO SOUNDS (@lidosounds) and use #lidosounds2025 in the caption of their video.

5. The winners will be notified via private message on TikTok and expressly agree to the publication of their name in the event of a win. The winners must contact the LIDO SOUNDS TikTok channel via private message within 24 hours in the event of a new draw. Otherwise, there will be no correspondence about the competition.

6. The winners will be put on the guestlist of the event and receive the tickets per e-mail a few days before the event.

7. Legal recourse is excluded. A cash payment of the prizes, an exchange or transfer to third parties is not possible. Participation via competition organisations and automated services is excluded. Arcadia Live GmbH accepts no liability or guarantee for the prize. The prize will be determined by means of a randomised system and will not be open to the public. Arcadia Live GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition due to false information, manipulation or the use of unauthorised aids.

8. By participating in the competition, the participating person gives their legally binding consent to the conditions of participation and agrees to Arcadia Live GmbH's privacy policy (https://www.arcadia-live.com/privacypolicy).

9. The closing date for entries is 23.06.2025, 14:00.

10. Participants undertake not to share any illegal content. Arcadia Live GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants who violate criminal law, common decency or the conditions of participation from participation. Participation via competition agencies is excluded.

11. Data protection: The personal data of the participants will only be processed to the extent necessary for participation in the competition and for the processing of the competition by Arcadia Live and its service providers commissioned to carry out the competition. For the purpose of determining the winner, the TikTok profile name, name, e-mail address and postal address will be processed in the event of winning. Within the TikTok network, TikTok bears sole responsibility for the collection, processing and use of data. Said collection, processing and use of data is subject to TikTok's respective privacy policy. Information on the data protection provisions applicable to TikTok, the corresponding rights of use and any relevant privacy settings for TikTok accounts are set out in TikTok's privacy policy.

12. Competitions of Arcadia Live GmbH are in no way connected to TikTok and are in no way sponsored, supported or organised by TikTok. Arcadia Live GmbH releases TikTok from all damages, losses or expenses of any kind (including legal fees and costs in a reasonable amount) and indemnifies TikTok against all claims in connection with the application (in particular the publication and organisation).

1. Who is responsible for handling your data?
1.1. ARCADIA LIVE GmbH, Porzellangasse 7a, 1090 Vienna, telephone number: +43 (0) 1 958 05 05, e-mail address: office@arcadia-live.com (‘ARCADIA’, ‘we’, ‘us’) is responsible for adequately protecting your personal data. ARCADIA therefore complies with all legal provisions on the protection, lawful handling and confidentiality of personal data, as well as on data security.
1.2. We process your personal data as required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act (DSG) and all other relevant laws.

2. What interest does ARCADIA have in your data and for what reason and for what purpose may ARCADIA process it?
2.1. For participation in the competition, we process the following data from you (depending on the specific design): Name, age, name of the social media profile, your activities on our social media profile (e.g. a like or comment), e-mail address and postal address. The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit b GDPR for the execution of the competition (and thus fulfilment of the contract) and for the purpose of pre-contractual measures. The storage and processing of the data is necessary in order to organise the competition and to inform you of any winnings.
2.2. If you win, your name and, if applicable, a photo of you may be published on our social media profiles and our website. The processing is carried out in accordance with Art 6 para 1 lit f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interests in the announcement of the winner and general marketing measures.

3. How long will your data be stored?
We process your personal data from point 2 for as long as it is necessary to process the competition and delete it within seven days of the end of the competition, unless this data must be stored beyond this period as part of statutory retention obligations. We process the winner's data for six months and beyond if we publish the data on the basis of our legitimate interests described above.

4. To whom may we disclose your data? 
4.1. The data will only be passed on to other third parties if this is necessary to fulfil (pre)contractual or legal obligations or is justified to protect our legitimate interests. For example, we transfer your personal data to external third parties to the extent necessary, e.g. shipping companies, auditors, insurers or legal representatives.
4.2. Your data may be transferred to contracted service providers (e.g. IT service providers and other service providers for processing the competition) for order processing.
 

5. What rights do you have?
5.1. If you wish, we will provide you with information about all your personal data that we process at any time. In some cases, you also have the right to data portability, i.e. to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. 
5.2. Under certain circumstances, you may request the restriction of processing, rectification and erasure of your personal data.
5.3. In some of the cases mentioned above, ARCADIA is authorised to process your personal data on the basis of your voluntary consent. You can revoke this consent at any time without giving reasons with effect for the future, until then we will process your data lawfully.
5.4. Would you like to make a complaint? In this case, you can contact us via the data protection officer named under point 1.3. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna.
If we process your data in the interests of ARCADIA or a third party, you also have the right to object at any time if there are grounds relating to your particular situation.
